In late 2009 Philmac completed a comprehensive review of the product ranges being distributed and their strategic fit with the organisation’s future direction. As a result of this undertaking, the decision was taken to cease distribution of sanitaryware products.
To ensure that we are still offering the support needed for this product range we will continue to supply spare parts where applicable. This covers both warranty and repair work (with associated costs).
In some cases the spare parts may differ from the originals provided with the suite; however they are designed to provide the same efficiency once installed. As always please contact a trade professional where appropriate.
